A-LEVEL MATHEMATICS

Tuition sessions for small groups for A Level Mathematics are available as follows:

Leamington Centre: Sun at 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Coventry Centre: Weekend session (timings to be confirmed)

The A Level in Mathematics has now become Linear, which means that the Examination will be
held at the end of the course. This means that students can be asked questions on anything
studied during the usual two years prior to the Examination.
The content for the syllabus has been decided nationally and is comprised of Pure Mathematics,
Mechanics and Statistics. There is also a greater emphasis on problem solving, modelling and
reasoning.

At GroundMark Learning we appreciate how busy life as an A Level student can be and that it is
not always easy to attend weekly evening sessions.

For this reason, we have decided to offer sessions on a weekend.

We have created a tailored plan to:

·       Cover gaps in knowledge

·       Cover common examination style questions

·       Break down the difficult tricky exam questions

·       Develop exam techniques to maximize exam performance
